August 1921 wurde Wassilij Fedjajeff mit diesem Dokument der Kriegsgefangenenstelle München aus dem Kriegsgefangenenlager in Puchheim nach Deching, Bezirksamt Wolfstein, entlassen. Dort verblieb er, da ihm die ersehnte Rückkehr in die Heimat durch die mittlerweile ausgebrochene russische Revolution verwehrt blieb. --- S tímto dokumentem vydaným úřadem pro válečné zajatce v Mnichově byl 25. srpna 1921 Vasilij Fedjajeff propuštěn ze zajateckého tábora Puchheim. Odtud zamířil do Dechingu ve správní oblasti někdejšího okresního úřadu Wolfstein (dnes Okres Freyung-Grafenau), kde také zůstal, jelikož mu cesta do vlasti zůstala zapovězena z důvodu vypuknutí bolševické revoluce v Rusku.
