                <text>Ein kleiner Kaffeekranz mit der Liebsten vertreibt Kummer und Sorgen des Krieges - zumindest auf den ersten Blick. Hier sieht man einen uniformierten Mann, der sich gerade eine Tasse Kaffee von seiner Geliebten einschenken lässt. „ Bei Dir“ zu Haus ist es doch immer noch am schönsten – rekurriert die Postkarte auf eine stereotype Darstellung der Aufgabenverteilung zwischen Männern und Frauen. Während des Krieges waren die Frauen für Haushalt, Kindererziehung oder auch mit Geld verdienen reichlich beschäftigt. Was auch der kleine Vers unten nicht verneint. Solche Postkarten dienten sicherlich dazu, die kriegstraumatisierten Soldaten auf andere Gedanken zu bringen.&#13;

Posezení s milou u kávy zažene zármutek a starosti z války – alespoň na první pohled. Zde je zobrazen uniformovaný muž, který si nechává nalévat šálek kávy od své milované. „U Tebe“ doma je přeci ještě nejkrásněji – tímto pohlednice zobrazuje stereotypní rozdělení povinností mezi muži a ženami. Během války byly ženy bohatě zaměstnány domácností, výchovu dětí, jakož také i vyděláváním peněz, což nepopírá dole psaný krátký verš. Takovéto pohlednice jistě sloužily k tomu, aby přivedly z války traumatizované vojáky na jiné myšlenky. </text>

Imoberen Teil der Karte liest man: „Dem Kaiser, dem Vaterland und Dir gilt meine Liebe.“ Die Botschaft ist unmissverständlich: zuerst komme Kaiser und Vaterland, dem man den Treueeid geleistet hat, erst dann das Mädchen. Im Hintergrund der beiden Personen prangt an einer Wand das mit Lorbeerblättern umrandete Gemälde des Kaiser Wilhelm II. Er sieht genau zu, fast durchleuchtet er die Intimsphäre der beide mit seinem eisernen Blick.&#13;
Für verwirrte und vom Liebeskummer geplagte Soldaten hat er im Feld keine Verwendung zum &#13;
schnellen Sieg gegen Deutschlands Feinde.&#13;

Lehce ohnutá pohlednice zobrazuje mladý pár v okamžiku loučení. V horní části pohlednice stojí nápis: „Císaři, vlasti a Tobě patří má láska.“ Toto poselství je nezaměnitelné: na prvním místě je císař a vlast, vůči kterým plní svou věrnost a až poté následuje děvče. V pozadí dvojice na zdi se skví, vavřínovým listem ohraničený obraz císaře Viléma II. Přesně pozoruje děj, skoro jako by železným pohledem prozařoval intimní sféru onoho milostného páru.  &#13;
Ve zmatených a žalem sužovaných vojácích nevidí císař prostředek použitelný k rychlému poražení nepřátel Německa na bojišti. &#13;

Er handelt von einem Wiedersehen und dem Trennungsschmerz des abgebildeten Pärchens. Die heimische Idylle im Sonnenuntergang auf der Blumenwiese ist nur zu schön um wahr zu sein. Noch ein tiefer Blick in die Augen seiner Geliebten, dann muss der junge Soldat ins Feld, während seine Frau in der fernen Heimat auf seine baldige Rückkehr hofft. Die Aussage dieser Karte lässt sich mit Sicherheit auf viele Männer und Frauen in Deutschland zur Zeit des Ersten Weltkriegs übertragen.&#13;

„Věrná láska“ – tak zní popisek na této pohlednici. Velmi hezký je malý verš na pravém okraji obrazu. Pojednává o znovu shledání a bolesti z odloučení vyobrazeného páru. Domácká idyla při západu slunce na rozkvetlé louce je až moc krásná na to, aby byla pravdou. Poslední hluboký pohled do očí jeho milované, poté musí mladý voják na bojiště, zatímco jeho žena v dalekém domově doufá v jeho brzký návrat. Výpověď této pohlednice se dá zajisté převést na mnoho mužů a žen v Německu za dob první světové války.</text>

                <text>Pohlednici poslal Emanuel Kliment jako mladý voják svým rodičům doma v Petrovicich u Sušic. Fotografie ho zachycuje po pravé straně. Datum pohlednice není čitelné. Po válce se Kliment odstěhoval do Koutu na Šumavě. Pohlednice je nyní ve vlastnictví jeho synovce Vladimíra Černého. Text na pohlednici zní:&#13;

Milý (sic!) rodiče,&#13;
přijměte vespolek můj nejsrdečnější pozdrav a vzpomínku. Zdalipak mě poznáte? Jsme dosud v Budějovicích. Jenom Antoušek z Rudojc tj starší jeli do Krakova do pevnosti. Jeli Vám možno, zašlete mi adresu na Juliána. S pozdravem Váš upřímný syn, bratr, švagr Emanuel &#13;

Die Postkarte schickte Emanuel Kliment als junger Soldat aus Budweis an seine Eltern zuhause in Petrovice bei Sušice. Auf der Fotografie ist er ganz rechts zu sehen. Die Datierung der Karte ist nicht zu erkennen. Nach dem Krieg zog Emanuel Kliment nach Kout na Šumavě. Die Postkarte ist heute im Besitz seines Neffen Vladimír Černý. Der Text auf der Karte lautet:&#13;

"Liebe Eltern,&#13;
empfangt meine allerherzlichsten Grüße und Gedanken. Ob ihr mich wohl erkennt? Ich bin bisher noch in Budweis. Nur Antoušek und Rudojc d.h. die Älteren fuhren in die Festung nach Krakau. Wenn es Euch möglich ist, sendet mir die Adresse von Julián. Mit Grüßen Euer aufrechter Sohn, Bruder, Schwager Emanuel" </text>

Die Notizen auf der Rückseite des Ausschnittes einer Bayernkarte wurden Roland Ratzesberger zufolge von Heinrich Ratzesberger (Jg. 1907 oder 1909) geschrieben. Roland Ratzesberger zufolge war Heinrich Ratzesberger der Sohn von Franz Ratzesberger dem Jüngeren und Großonkel Roland Ratzesbergers. Roland Ratzesbergers Großvater Franz Ratzesberger der Jüngere (1895 - 1956), Sohn von Roland Ratzesbergers Urgroßvater Franz Ratzesberger dem Älteren, musste demnach ab ca. 1916, mit 21 Jahren, am Ersten Weltkrieg als Soldat teilgenommen haben: Er war Soldat an der Westfront. Roland Ratzesberger zufolge kehrte Franz Ratzesberger der Jüngere allerspätestens im Laufe des Jahres 1919 zurück. Zwischen dem definitiven Kriegsende, das an der Westfront mit dem Waffenstillstand vom 11. November 1918 eingeleitet wurde, und Anfang/Mitte 1919 vergingen für die Großfamilie Ratzesberger in Heinrichsbrunn, Gemeinde Mauth, allerdings Tage, Wochen und Monate des Wartens in der Ungewissheit. Die Unwissenheit und Unsicherheit über Schicksal und Verbleib des Sohnes und, nach Roland Ratzesbergers Aussagen, bereits jungen Familienvaters im Krieg beherrschten das Denken der Großfamilie: Schließlich wusste die gesamte Familie in Heinrichsbrunn von einem Gruppenbild auf Postkarte, dass während des Krieges der "liebe Papa" Franz Ratzesberger der Jüngere dem Schicksal, womöglich dem Tod knapp enteilt, schon einmal im "Fronturlaub" in einem Lazarett zu Erlangen gewesen war.</text>
