Die Fotografie stammt von einer Sitzung des Feldstabes des 5. Regiments im Dorf Stepanovo an der Kungur-Front (Region Perm) im Jahre 1919. Die Aufschrift auf der Rückseite gibt Auskunft über die abgebildeten Personen und den Gegenstand der Besprechung.
„5. pluk, Kungurský front, 1919. Polní štáb 5. pluku ve vsi Stepanovo. Posel přinsel hálšeni o nástupu rudých. Náměstek velitele pluku major Bejl, velitel 1. praporu kapitán Sokol, plukovní pobočník poručík Janeček, praporni pobočnik poručík Hvízdálek.“
Vojtěch Janeček trat zu Beginn des Krieges zunächst der österreichischen Armee bei. Später schloss er sich wie auch sein Bruder František der Tschechoslowakischen Legion in Russland an und kämpfte somit gegen die Mittelmächte, auf deren Seite auch der jüngere Bruder Vít eingesetzt war. Vojtěch und František kehrten erst 1920 wieder nach Hause zurück.
In der Audiodatei spricht Jitka Saková, die Tochter von Vít Janeček über ihren Onkel Vojtěch in Russland.

Fotografie byla pořízena v roce 1919 při poradě polního štábu 5. pluku ve vsi Stěpanovo na Kungurském frontu (region Perm). Nápis na zadní straně podává svědectví o zobrazených osobách a o předmětu porady:
„5. pluk, Kungurský front, 1919. Polní štáb 5. pluku ve vsi Stepanovo. Posel přinsel hálšeni o nástupu rudých. Náměstek velitele pluku major Bejl, velitel 1. praporu kapitán Sokol, plukovní pobočník poručík Janeček, praporni pobočnik poručík Hvízdálek.“
Vojtěch Janeček narukoval nejprve do rakousko-uherské armády, ale později se stejně jako jeho bratr František připojil k československým legiím v Rusku, které bojovaly proti Ústředním mocnostem. Tím pádem se ocitl na opačné straně konfliktu, než jeho mladší bratr Vít, který bojoval v řadách rakousko-uherské armády. Vojtěch s Františkem se vrátili domů teprve v roce 1920.
Na zvukovém záznamu mluví Jitka Saková, dcera Víta Janečka o svém strýci Vojtěchovi v Rusku.
„Na této fotografii je plukovník poručík Vojtěch Janeček na kungurském frontu, v polním štábu 5. Pluku ve vsi Stepanovo při příležitosti hlášení o nástupu „Rudých“ v Rusku v roce 1919.“

Die Fotografie zeigt Vojtěch Janeček mit seinem Regiment in Galizien. Vojtěch diente zu dieser Zeit noch in der österreichischen Armee. Später trat er wie sein Bruder František der Tschechoslowakischen Legion bei und kämpfte somit gegen die Mittelmächte, auf deren Seite auch der jüngere Bruder Vít eingesetzt war. Vojtěch und František kehrten erst 1920 wieder nach Hause zurück.
Die Postkarte sandte Vojtěch 1913 aus Przemyśl an seinen Vater „Velectěný pán Fr. Janeček, Hausbesitzer“ in die Jirocová-Straße in Budweis. Der Text auf der Karte lautet: „Srdečný pozdrav a milou vzpomínku zasílá všem... V. Janeček“ - sowie: „(unleserlich) i peníze jsem právě obdržel a zaplatil (unleserlich“). Zudem haben einige seiner Kameraden unterschrieben.
In der Audiodatei spricht Jitka Saková, die Tochter von Vít Janeček, über ihren Onkel Vojtěch.

Fotografie zobrazuje Vojtěcha Janečka u svého pluku v Haliči, v této době sloužil ještě v rakousko-uherské armádě. Později se připojil k československým legiím, které bojovaly proti Ústředním mocnostem, na jejichž straně byl nasazen jeho mladší bratr Vít. Vojtěch s Františkem se vrátili domů teprve v roce 1920.
Pohlednici z Přemyšle odeslal Vojtěch svému otci v roce 1913 na adresu: „Velectěný pán Fr. Janeček, majitel domu, Č. Budějovice č. 16, Böhmen.“
Text na pohlednici zní: „Srdečný pozdrav a milou vzpomínku zasílá všem... V. Janeček“ – a dále: „(nečitelné) i peníze jsem právě obdržel a zaplatil (nečitelné)“. Kromě toho se podepsali někteří jeho kamarádi.
Na zvukovém záznamu mluví Jitka Saková, dcera Víta Janečka, o svém strýci Vojtěchovi.
„Na této fotografii je Vojtěch Janeček, starší bratr mého otce Víta, jako voják rakouské armády, v poslední řadě druhý zprava, v Przemyśli, Halič 1913. Fotografie skupiny vojáků rakousko-uherské armády, použitá jako pohlednice, adresovaná otci Vojtěcha Janečka Františkovi, majiteli domu v Jirovcově ulici v Českých Budějovicích, 16, Böhmen.“
