Po roce 1920 se většina z nich vrátila zpět do své vlasti. Později byl na schönberském kopci, Kadernbergu, vztyčen pamětní kámen.\r\n\r\nNa památníku je napsáno: „Pro vzpomínku na dobré časy v Schönbergu.
