Das rechte Bein hat er abgespreizt, die linke Hand hält den Gürtel, die rechte Hand ist als geballte Faust auf dem Tisch neben ihm abgestützt. An seinem linken Bein ist ein Schwert bzw. Säbel in einem am Gürtel angebrachten Schaft. Links von seinem Körper steht ein Holzstuhl.\r\n\r\nDas Besondere an dieser Fotografie ist der Messing-farbene Rahmen, der mit Mustern reich verziert ist. Der Rahmen selbst ist an einigen Stellen verrostet. An seiner Hinterseite ist ein Ständer angebracht.\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\nV rodinném archivu Theresie Kernové z obce Bischofsmais (okres Regen) se nachází sbírka fotografií, černobílých a barevných pohlednic, které zdědila po svém tchánovi Josefu Preisovi. \r\n\r\nTato černobílá fotografie zobrazuje Johanna Kerna v uniformě na ateliérové fotografii. Pravou nohu má nataženou, levá ruka drží pásek, pravou rukou sevřenou v pěst se opírá o vedle něj stojící stůl. U levé nohy má meč, respektive šavli v pouzdru připevněném na opasku. \r\n\r\nZvláštní na této fotografii je bohatě zdobený mosazný  rám. Samotný rámeček je na několika místech zkorodovaný. Na zadní straně je upevněna podpěra sloužící k postavení obrazu. Stallbursche.“\r\n\r\nVojtěch trat zu Beginn des Krieges zunächst der österreichischen Armee bei. Später schloss er sich wie auch sein Bruder František der Tschechoslowakischen Legion in Russland an und kämpfte somit gegen die Mittelmächte, auf deren Seite auch der jüngere Bruder Vít eingesetzt war. Vojtěch und František kehrten erst 1920 wieder nach Hause zurück.\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\nFotografie zobrazuje Vojtěcha Janečka při vyjížďce do lesíku u Nikolajevska v Rusku v roce 1919. Na zadní stranu byla později strojovým písmem připsána jména zobrazených mužů: „Velitel pluku major Stepan. Plukovní pobočník kapitán Janeček. Podkoní“\r\n\r\nVojtěch narukoval do rakousko-uherské armády, ale později se stejně jako jeho bratr František připojil k československým legiím v Rusku, které bojovaly proti Ústředním mocnostem. Tím pádem se ocitl na opačné straně konfliktu, než jeho mladší bratr Vít, který bojoval v řadách rakousko-uherské armády. Tuto kovárnu měl později až do své smrti vést Fedjajeff sám.
