Das rechte Bein hat er abgespreizt, die linke Hand hält den Gürtel, die rechte Hand ist als geballte Faust auf dem Tisch neben ihm abgestützt. An seinem linken Bein ist ein Schwert bzw. Säbel in einem am Gürtel angebrachten Schaft. Links von seinem Körper steht ein Holzstuhl.\r\n\r\nDas Besondere an dieser Fotografie ist der Messing-farbene Rahmen, der mit Mustern reich verziert ist. Der Rahmen selbst ist an einigen Stellen verrostet. An seiner Hinterseite ist ein Ständer angebracht.\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\nV rodinném archivu Theresie Kernové z obce Bischofsmais (okres Regen) se nachází sbírka fotografií, černobílých a barevných pohlednic, které zdědila po svém tchánovi Josefu Preisovi. \r\n\r\nTato černobílá fotografie zobrazuje Johanna Kerna v uniformě na ateliérové fotografii. Pravou nohu má nataženou, levá ruka drží pásek, pravou rukou sevřenou v pěst se opírá o vedle něj stojící stůl. U levé nohy má meč, respektive šavli v pouzdru připevněném na opasku. \r\n\r\nZvláštní na této fotografii je bohatě zdobený mosazný  rám. Samotný rámeček je na několika místech zkorodovaný. Na zadní straně je upevněna podpěra sloužící k postavení obrazu. Er selbst diente im 91er Regiment Budweis und war letzter Obmann des Kameradschaftbundes Linz. Auf Anfrage ist der Koffer im Böhmerwaldarchiv Passau einsehbar.\r\n\r\nDer Koffer beinhaltet unterschiedlichste Dokumente aus der Zeit des Ersten Weltkriegs sowie aus der Geschichte des Kameradschaftsbundes in Linz. Das beigefügte Inhaltsverzeichnis - angefertigt von Josef Pils bei Übergabe des Koffers - verzeichnet sämtliche Stücke (siehe Dokument in diesem Datensatz). Zu erwähnen sind vor allem ein Portrait des Oberplaners Dr. Gustav Jungbauer; eine handsignierte Ausgabe seines Buches \"Kriegsgefangen\" (mit Erinnerungen an die Zeit im 91er Regiment und die russische Kriegsgefangenschaft); ein umfangreiches Album mit Fotos von der Serbien-, Galizien- und Isonzo-Front; Regimentsgeschichtliche Akten; Persönliche Briefe. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine weißglasige Flasche (vermutlich eine Weinflasche), bei der der Flaschenhals abgeschnitten wurde. In die Flasche schnitzte Anton Iglhaut eine Kreuzigungsgruppe und versah die Flasche mit der Aufschrift: „Andenken an die Schützengräben 1916 in Frankreich“. Die Kreuzigungsgruppe zeigt den gekreuzigten Jesus mit seiner Mutter Maria, zwei Engeln sowie den „Arma Chrisi“, den Leidenswerkzeugen Christi: Hammer, Beil, Lanze, Leiter, Laterne, Essigkanne, Stab mit Essigschwamm, Würfel, Zange, Schaufel, Hahn der Verleumdung, Totenschädel, mit Schwertern durchstochenes Herz. \r\n\r\nPeter Mühlbauer weiß aus Familienerzählungen, dass sein Urgroßvater für jedes seiner fünf Kinder eine solche Flasche anfertigte und diese die Familie auch unbeschädigt erreichten. Aus der Aufschrift und den Erzählungen kann auch entnommen werden, dass Anton Iglhaut die Flaschen tatsächlich im Schützengraben anfertigte. Zum heutigen Zeitpunkt ist leider nur noch eine „eingerichtete Flasche“ erhalten geblieben, die sich im Besitz von Peter Mühlbauer befindet. Über den Verbleib der anderen vier Flaschen ist nichts bekannt. \r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\nO přesném původu „zdobených lahví“ ví Peter Mühlbauer jen málo. Jedná se o láhev z bílého skla (podle všeho láhev od vína) s odříznutým hrdlem. Anton Iglhaut umístil do láhve vyřezávanou scénu Ukřižování a opatřil láhev nápisem „Památka na zákopy 1916 ve Francii“. Scéna Ukřižování zobrazuje ukřižovaného Ježíše s Marií, dva anděly a „Arma Christi“, tj. nástroje Kristova umučení: kladivo, sekeru, kopí, žebřík, lucernu, konvici s octem, hůl s houbou namočenou v octě, kostky, kleště, lopatu, kohouta, lebku a meči probodnuté srdce. \r\n\r\nPodle rodinných vyprávění zhotovil pradědeček Petera Mühlbauera  jednu lahev pro každé ze svých pěti dětí. Z nápisů a vyprávění také vyplývá, že Anton Iglhaut lahve skutečně zhotovil v zákopech. Dodnes se bohužel dochovala jen jedna „zdobená láhev“, přestože rodina obdržela všechny lahve nepoškozené. V obou obrazech, autor ukazuje, jak válka ničí přírodu a lidi a dokáže je zohavit je k nepoznání. Tento kontrast mezi přírodou a válkou umělec ztvárňuje kvetoucími červenými vlčími máky a anonymními plynovými maskami, které jsou charakteristickým obrazem odosobněných vojáků z první světové války. Uprostřed stojí mladý voják Anton Iglhaut, který znovu nachází sám sebe ve světě mezi přírodou a válkou.
